What you actually get
Inventory & Projects is the operations side — what you own, where it is, and the jobs it loads. Complete Studio adds everything a client or the bank ever sees, plus seats for your crew. Anything marked Studio is in the second plan only.
Projects, start to finish
Every listing in one place — consult notes, room plans, photos, install and de-stage dates, and where each job stands today.
Inventory that stays honest
Track pieces with photos, know what is in the warehouse versus out on a job, and pull an accurate list before the truck loads.
Proposals, invoices and contractsStudio
Build them from your own templates, send a branded client document, and collect a signature without a separate e-sign subscription.
Get paid for the jobStudio
Take deposits and payments on your proposals and invoices through your own Stripe account, with the balance tracked against the project.
Crew who see only their partStudio
Invite installers and leads with role-based access, hand them the day sheet for their job, and read the stage log they build as they work.
Bookings and lead intakeStudio
A booking page for consults, lead forms for your site, and automated follow-ups so an inquiry does not go cold.
Straight answers
- What is the real difference between Inventory & Projects and Complete Studio?
- The client-facing half. Inventory & Projects runs the operation — every item through nine states, warehouses and bays, tag scanning, pull lists, projects and the install calendar. Complete Studio adds everything you send a client or the bank: proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, contacts, the lead inbox, automated follow-ups and the books. If you already quote and invoice somewhere else and only need the warehouse under control, the cheaper plan is not a trial version of the other one — it is the whole operations side.
- Can I send a proposal or take a payment on Inventory & Projects?
- No. Proposals, contracts, invoices and client payments are Complete Studio. Inventory & Projects covers what you own and where it is, not what you bill for it. Move up whenever you want the paperwork in the same place, and nothing you have built changes.
- Can I add crew on either plan?
- Inventory & Projects is one seat. Complete Studio has unlimited crew seats with per-role access, which is what lets you assign people to installs, send day sheets and see their activity on one timeline.
- Is there a free trial?
- Not right now — you pick a plan and start on it. You can cancel any time from the billing portal inside the app, and if you cancel your plan simply runs out at the end of the period you already paid for, so you are never locked into another one.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing portal inside the app. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- What happens to my work if I stop paying?
- Your workspace goes read-only — projects, inventory, documents and photos stay exactly where they are, and you can still open and export them. Nothing is deleted because you stopped subscribing. Your data is yours.
- Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?
- Client payments go into your own Stripe account, not ours. Stripe charges its usual processing fee, and Stager Tech adds a 1% platform fee on payments collected through the app. Payments you take outside Stager Tech are none of our business.
- Do I need a Stripe account?
- Only if you want clients to pay you through Stager Tech. Everything else works without it, and you can connect Stripe later.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Not yet — monthly only, both tiers.
